As a visionary entrepreneur and fractional executive, recovery advocate, and devoted family man with over 25 years of experience in building and leading successful businesses, I've developed a unique approach to entrepreneurship, grounded in my commitment to creating value, fostering meaningful relationships, and making a positive impact.

Professional Journey: My journey began in 1995 when I founded National Leasing, a financial services firm providing asset-based lending. I later sold the company to a subsidiary of General Electric in 2000. That same year, I joined Malley Group Residential Real Estate as a Fractional Executive, Product Marketing & Customer Acquisition Lead for the real estate advisory practice, and later joined Malley Management Group, a property management firm, as Fractional Executive, Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy Lead.

Through these entities, I pioneered a groundbreaking concept in residential real estate investments, which has since been adopted by institutional firms like BlackRock and other private equity leaders. My innovative approach focused on acquiring and managing luxury residential properties, providing single-family home tenancy to those who may not have had access to live in a single-family home.

In 2010, I formed a strategic alliance with Sotheby's International Realty, becoming a Senior Vice President. From 2010 to 2014, I leveraged my expertise in luxury residential real estate in Manhattan, achieving remarkable success and ranking among the top 1% of NRT's (Realogy Holdings Corp, NYSE: RLGY) approximately 40,000 real estate advisors nationwide, based on sales volume.

My bespoke advisory services catered to a discerning clientele, including high-net-worth individuals, investors, corporations, and A-list celebrities.

Throughout my career, I've demonstrated my ability to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas. From transforming National Leasing into an online platform at the onset of the dot-com boom to building a residential real estate and property management business in Manhattan, I've consistently pushed the boundaries of what's possible.

Even when faced with setbacks, such as over-expansion into the equity markets in 2013, I've used these experiences as opportunities for growth and learning.

Business Incubation:

Since 2019, I have served as a Fractional Executive, Product Marketing & Customer Acquisition Lead, in a non-equity incubator and accelerator capacity, providing guidance, expertise, and resources to innovative startups and early-stage companies.

Through this platform, I've helped conceptualize, incubate, and launch several successful ventures across multiple industries, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI and pioneering successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Notably, I've taken a unique approach to incubation, choosing to forgo equity stakes in these businesses. Instead, I focus on sharing my knowledge, expertise, and experience to drive growth, innovation, and success.

By giving away my knowledge, I continue to gain, grow, and cultivate new relationships, embodying the principle that "you only keep what you have by giving it away." This approach has proven to be a key strength of these businesses, allowing them to thrive and grow without the burden of external equity pressures.

E-commerce:

I launched a startup in 2020, introducing a unique luxury home furnishings brand that bridges the gap between high-end designer goods and affordable luxury. By offering ultra-luxury products at a lower to middle market price point, this brand makes high-quality, stylish furnishings accessible to a wider audience, effectively merging the worlds of luxury brands like Ralph Lauren with the value-driven approach of retailers like HomeGoods.

I developed an automated logistics system, streamlining packing, picking, and shipping processes. Successfully integrated international deliveries and optimized last-mile performance.

I conceptualized and brought to life innovative product designs, leveraging global manufacturing partnerships to cater to attractive US markets in both home goods and technology.

I launched a regional online auction platform designed to clear overstock in key markets, providing a unique solution for businesses and consumers alike.

Our latest portfolio company (2025) revolutionizes the fragrance industry with its innovative, AI-driven approach. By combining expert perfumery with advanced technology, this company creates customized utility solutions that cater to individual preferences, moods, and environments.

This pioneering technology enables the creation of bespoke scents that evoke specific emotional and physiological responses, transforming the way we experience and interact with fragrances.

Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I've faced my share of setbacks and failures. However, I've come to realize that these experiences are an integral part of growth and learning.

Personal Journey:

My experiences have taught me the importance of empathy, resilience, and humility. I've gained a profound appreciation for the power of redemption, personal growth, and the unwavering support of loved ones. Today, I'm committed to sharing my story, wisdom, and expertise with others, inspiring hope, resilience, and positive change.

Leadership Philosophy:

As a leader, I prioritize empathy, accountability, and transparency. I believe that business and personal growth are inextricably linked, and that our actions should always seek to cause no harm, while promoting the greater good. My mantra – "wake up, suit up, show up, and do the next right thing" – serves as a daily reminder of the importance of living with intention, integrity, and compassion.

Education: I received my post-graduate education from Harvard Business School Alumni (2014) and completed my undergraduate studies in finance in New York and London.
