That same year, he joined Malley Group Residential Real Estate as a Fractional Executive, Product Marketing & Customer Acquisition Lead for the real estate advisory practice, and later joined Malley Management Group, a property management firm, as Fractional Executive, Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy Lead.

Through these entities, Eric pioneered a groundbreaking concept in residential real estate investments, which has since been adopted by institutional firms like BlackRock and other private equity leaders. His innovative approach focused on acquiring and managing luxury residential properties, providing single-family home tenancy to those who may not have had access to live in a single-family home.

In 2010, Eric formed a strategic alliance with Sotheby's International Realty, a renowned luxury real estate brand that is part of the broader Sotheby's network, which includes the esteemed Sotheby's Art Auction House. Founded in 1744, Sotheby's has been a cornerstone of the global art and auction market, specializing in fine art, jewelry, and luxury collectibles. As a Senior Vice President with Sotheby's International Realty, Eric leveraged his expertise in luxury residential real estate in Manhattan from 2010 to 2014, achieving remarkable success and ranking among the top 1% of Realogy Holdings Corp's approximately 40,000 real estate advisors nationwide, based on sales volume. This accomplishment underscored his exceptional performance in the competitive New York real estate landscape.
